Our weekend is held at the Pipestem Resort Sate Park – it’s a beautiful facility with lots to do at the state park and in the surrounding areas! We dance in the McKeever Lodge at the top of the hill up by the golf course.

Pipestem Resort State Park sits on the east rim of the Bluestone River Gorge, which carves through the plateau to the scenic Bluestone River 1,200 feet below. The 4,050-acre park is located on the border of Summers and Mercer counties and features two hotels, one of which lies at the bottom of the gorge and can only be accessed by an aerial tramway. In addition to canyon floor sites, Pipestem offers elevated views from the Bolar Lookout Tower overlook.

Golf
Put your golf game to the test at Pipestem’s 18-hole par 72 championship course. Designed by Geoffrey Cornish, the course features stunning views of the Bluestone Canyon. Open Monday-Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on weekends, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. For fees, rentals and tee times, call 304-466-1800 and dial Ext. 474.
Pipestem also has a driving range, open daily from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and a nine-hole par 3 short course at the recreation center. In addition to traditional par 3 golf, the short course offers, fling golf and foot golf. Disc golf and miniature golf also is available at the recreation center.
